The story
Viktor Schauberger.
Austrian forester. Naturalist. Inventor. He spent his life watching how trout swim upstream — against the current, in spirals. He built machines that moved water without pumps, that cleaned it by letting it curl.

Understand nature, and copy it.
We run a coffee shop on the same principle. Plants stay plants. Cups go back to soil. Beans are roasted with attention, not at volume. The shop is small because small things can be done well.
We also build in public — this site, our member club, our training programs are all works in progress. If something is marked "coming soon," it really is. Join, and watch it happen.
